Features
HRF 1000 / HC1000 Single Skin Profile is manufactured by Hamilton Contracts under a Quality Management System which is externally accredited to ISO 9001:2000.
HRF 1000 – Manufactured in a 35mm deep profile with a 250mm pitch in a 1000mm cover width with mini-ribs.
HC 1000 – Manufactured in a 38mm deep profile with a 200mm pitch in a 1000mm cover width with mini-ribs.
All dimensions are subject to the roll forming tolerances of the multi stand rolling mills.
Available in 0.5mm, 0.7mm and 0.9mm thickness in Roof and Wall profiles.
HRF 1000 / HC1000 are quality products satisfying the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. They are manufactured from galvanised coil supplied to European Standard BS EN 10147:1992. Finish is achieved on external surface using 200 micrometre (nominal thickness) of high-performance Plastisol coating on a galvatite hot dip zinc coated substrate.
Performs extremely well within the temperature range -40°C to +66°C in accordance with requirements of BS 5427:1996.

Choose from Poppy Red, Terra Cotta, Anthracite, Slate Blue, Black, Vandyke Brown, Juniper Green, Olive Green, Merlin Grey, and Goosewing Grey. These finishes not only enhance the appearance of your building but also provide long-lasting protection against the elements. Custom RAL colours are available upon request to match specific design requirements.
